About The Position
The Insider Risk Analyst role at McKinsey & Company involves identifying, collecting, and analyzing data to detect and respond to malicious and negligent insider activities. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Legal, HR, and Security Operations, to enhance the firm's ability to prevent, detect, and respond to insider threats. The analyst will also be responsible for making recommendations to improve proactive detections and preventative controls, driving improvements in processes and metrics, and building trusted relationships across the firm.
