In this role Analysts learn the consulting cycle working as part of a talented team leveraging empirical data from diagnostic tools and providing insights through rigorous analysis. Heidrick Consulting’s Analyst Immersion Program is a launchpad for a career in leadership consulting. As a new Analyst, you’ll participate in an immersive cohort-based learning experience that provides training in our core offerings, tools, and philosophies. Before joining client engagement teams, you’ll build essential skills to research, analyze, and present complex data in a clear and impactful way. Analysts contribute across our diverse offerings, including organizational transformation, team performance acceleration, leadership assessment and development, inclusive leadership, and culture shaping. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and a passion for client service.
