We are currently seeking a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented Strategic Procurement Analyst III to support the supply chain management team within Finance. This is a fully remote position that can be located anywhere in the USA. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Under general guidance, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic procurement operations, supplier management, and sourcing strategies. Assist in planning and development activities related to procurement, contract negotiations, supplier performance evaluation, cost optimization, and risk management. Develop insights on budgetary allocations, supplier capacity, market trends, and procurement technology systems to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. May perform certain operational activities on behalf of the functional unit. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD: Provide program planning support through data analyses. Conduct research, business plan analyses and feasibility studies. Identify trends and develop recommendations for complex issues. Develop concepts for projects and operations, including, but not limited to, analysis, reporting, budget, and scheduling. Conduct risk, resource, cost-benefit, variance, impact and/or other complex analyses. May develop metrics for and monitor performance of business unit, organization, initiatives, and/or business operations. Typically develop complex modeling and reporting tools or other systems for monitoring and analyzing performance or data integrity. May coordinate certain operational support activities on behalf of the business unit, such as business development, human resources, administration, budget management, business information systems, logistics, and contracts. The supply management department has an active camera culture. The selected applicant will be expected to be on camera throughout the day and to have a remote environment that supports.
