We are seeking an Analyst III, Process Strategy who will provide quality support throughout the pricing and rebate lifecycle while assisting commercial services teams in auditing and developing methodologies to enhance and streamline processes. In this role, you will support the Process Strategy Manager in establishing systems and practices that meet both external and internal compliance control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and complex formula development for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with written rebate and pricing agreements by reviewing agreement language and verifying proper implementation within Model N Revenue Cloud.
• Conduct audits of rebate and pricing agreement implementations and related areas to assess adherence to internal and external controls.
• Complete all reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
• Report audit results to the Process Strategy Manager and other members of management.
• Resolve contract implementation issues by determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform risk assessments to evaluate efficiency and anticipated impacts.
