About The Position

The Analyst II position at Lumen is designed for developing professionals who possess foundational knowledge in relevant theories and concepts. The role involves managing capital budgets, writing purchase orders, and ensuring the functionality of UPS systems through vendor service report reviews. Analysts will support strategic decision-making and work under routine supervision while being accountable for their immediate work area.

Requirements

• 2+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years related experience with a Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Writing Capital Purchase Orders (PO)
• Managing Capital budgets for UPS Caps and Battery replacements
• Approving GCR
• Reviewing Service Reports from UPS vendors to ensure all issues impacting UPS functionality are addressed
• Receiving PO and reconciling invoices with vendors to ensure compliance with contract pricing
• Acting as a subject matter expert on UPS systems
• Analyzing data and identifying multiple solutions with pros and cons regarding business impact
• Performing various duties following established instructions and processes
• Providing information to support strategic decision-making for the functional business area
• Communicating facts and information with minimal influence on behavior
• Interacting with others on important departmental matters
