Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Test Planning, Test Cases Design and development, Test tool Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management
• Develop test plans and test strategy that replicate real-world usage patterns and workload profiles.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the application
• Create Test scenarios/scripts by using either Microfocus Performance center or Jmeter or IBM RPT based on requirements
• Lead the performance Engineering team in creating Performance scripts using various tools such as and executing performance tests and responsible for deliverables and meeting deadlines
• Work with Project team to gather NFR, create test plan, supervise in developing test scripts, create a strategy for test data
• Preparing detailed Performance test results with the various graphs like Transaction Response Time, Hits per second graph, Pages download per second, Throughput, Memory & CPU utilization
• Develop customized codes in the script using C language for optimizing and enhancing Vugen scripts.
• Develop customized scripts using Jmeter by handing customizations using Groovy, Bean shell scripting techniques
• Validate & analyze the performance test results, manage defects and report results.
• Capture monitoring data from various levels like OS, WAS, JVM, DB through Uptime, Windows Performance monitor, WebSphere Application Server.
