About The Position

The Intune Autopilot Azure Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory. This role ensures secure, scalable, and efficient deployment and management of Windows workstations and mobile devices across the enterprise. The administrator will also support application packaging, automation via PowerShell, and integration with SCCM where applicable.

Requirements

  • Endpoint Management: Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD join/hybrid join scenarios.
  • Device Provisioning: Experience with Windows Autopilot profiles, Enrollment Status Pages (ESP), and zero-touch deployment strategies.
  • Application Packaging: Familiarity with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT), MSI creation, and tools like AdminStudio or InstallShield.
  • Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell for automating device onboarding, policy deployment, and reporting.
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of BitLocker encryption, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, and Windows Update for Business.
  • Workstation Support: Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11, driver updates, and hardware hash collection for Autopilot.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SCCM co-management, task sequences, and application deployment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • 3–5 years in endpoint administration or desktop engineering roles.
  • Experience with cloud-first strategies and zero-trust architecture.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android.
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta).
  • Experience in energy or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
