About The Position

The Network Analyst II/Senior is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure to support the organization's operational needs. Leveraging extensive expertise in routing, network design, and advanced configurations of Cisco and Fortinet equipment, this role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of network systems. The analyst will troubleshoot complex network issues, manage network performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and technological advancements. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards for network architecture and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

Requirements

  • Advanced Routing Knowledge - Proficiency in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Network Design & Architecture - Experience in designing scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures.
  • Cisco Equipment Expertise - Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Fortinet Equipment Expertise - Extensive knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, VPN solutions, and other Fortinet security appliances.
  • Network Troubleshooting - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
  • Network Security - Understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
  • IP Addressing & Subnetting - Strong understanding of IP addressing schemes and subnets.
  • Performance Monitoring - Familiarity with network performance monitoring tools.
  • Project Management - Experience managing network-related projects.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications - Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, and Fortinet certifications like NSE 4 or NSE 5.
  • Advanced Network Security Knowledge - Expertise in network security solutions and threat mitigation.
  • Automation & Scripting - Knowledge of network automation tools or scripting languages.
  • Cloud Networking - Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid network configurations.
  • VoIP & UC Systems - Familiarity with VoIP technologies and Unified Communications systems.
  • Wireless Networking - Experience with wireless network design and troubleshooting.
  • High Availability & Disaster Recovery - Knowledge of designing networks for high availability.
  • Quality of Service (QoS) - Experience with QoS configuration and implementation.
