About the Role The Analyst, Content Standards will be on the front line of Walmart's standards revamp program, with a dual focus: ensuring standards are structured and usable before launch and supporting their ongoing evolution after rollout. Reporting into the Content Quality leadership team, you'll organize standards, test usability, and maintain the systems and documentation that enable smooth execution at scale. This is a detail-rich role that blends taxonomy design, usability testing, and precise documentation with post-launch operational support - including coordinating updates, resolving escalations, and analyzing system-driven recommendations. Success in this role means ensuring standards are not only well-designed at launch but also continuously improved, adopted, and kept relevant over time. We're looking for a detail-driven trailblazer who thrives on turning insights into clear, actionable guidance - and who gets energy from making every word matter.
