About The Position
Join our dynamic Healthcare IT team as an Ambulatory Clinical Application Analyst II at HSS, a top-ranked hospital for orthopedics and rheumatology. In this vital role, you will drive innovation and enhance efficiency within our healthcare systems. Your expertise will contribute to implementing and supporting advanced IT solutions, directly impacting patient care and clinical workflows. This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office based in New York City, and is a full-time role with a commitment of 35 hours per week. As an Ambulatory Clinical Application Analyst II, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting IT solutions within the healthcare environment. You will analyze and document complex use cases and workflows, participate in process design initiatives, and engage in continuous learning to expand your knowledge in healthcare IT. Your strong problem-solving abilities and team-oriented approach will be essential as you communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You will also demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite for project management and flexibly adapt to an expanded work schedule during key project phases. Additionally, you will assess current state workflows and develop optimized future state workflows, while performing other duties as assigned or required.
