About The Position

The Analyst II, Ancillary Revenue Data Scientist at Frontier Airlines is responsible for developing and applying statistical modeling and data science techniques to enhance ancillary revenue performance. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or other analytically focused programs preferred.
• Previous use of MS SQL, Python, and other big data technologies.
• Two years of professional data analysis experience preferred.
• Experience in airline pricing, yield management, or revenue analytics preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional use of statistical analysis software preferred.
• Knowledge of coding models and analytical products in pricing management.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and multi-feature models to drive decision-making.
• Leverage big data and multiple sources of data to identify signals for modeling.
• Lead the implementation and industrialization of developed models in production systems.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to gain insights into customer behaviors and responses.
• Generate modeling hypotheses using multivariate statistical approaches and machine learning techniques.
• Explicate results of quantitative analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Work primarily in Python, MS SQL, and other big data environments.
• Develop and deploy customer-centric analytics using cluster analysis and elasticity testing.
• Create and maintain code standards and workflows for industrialized processes.
• Assist and mentor junior team members.
