About The Position
This position is perfect for an individual with lots of energy and desire to learn in a very challenging, fast-paced work environment. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of candidate interviews, compiling and analyzing interview data, and maintaining accurate spreadsheets to support the recruitment process. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and high analytical and project management skills. Will be using Microsoft Office products and should possess intermediate level skill with Excel and Word. Other Kinetic tools include: Tableau, OFSC, GIS mapping software, CSA Viewer, Field Map, GComm, UQual, EPM, Job Trac, Winbuy, Outsourcing Application, and other internal Kinetic systems.
