About The Position

This Entry-Level Data & Analytics Engineer/Analyst position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services: We’re looking for a motivated recent graduate with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to help drive business performance, enhance quality, and optimize processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related STEM field.
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or comparable tools.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership or teamwork during academic or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance through regular monitoring and maintenance.
• Assist in the design, creation, and visualization of reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures to promote transparency and consistency in reporting.
