The primary responsibility of the Analyst I - Customer Relationship Management is to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM programs through data-driven analysis and reporting. The Analyst I is expected to create analyses, assist in testing, provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer retention, engagement, and long-term value, and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and data teams towards turning raw data into actionable insights.
