About The Position

The purpose of this role is to provide analytical insights to support the asset protection organization. The position involves monitoring exception software to detect potential loss of assets via POS and other data, conducting investigations into internal fraud, theft, and related policy violations. The role requires utilizing surveillance footage, transaction data, and other evidence to gather information and build comprehensive case files. Additionally, the candidate will examine store operating procedures for compliance with standard procedures and policies, prepare and submit findings, and make recommendations to the director of asset protection. Communication with HR, District Store Managers (DSM's), Regional Directors (RD's), and various authorities is essential in conducting investigations. The role also supports and adheres to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing excellent customer service as outlined in the LSG policy manual and fostering positive relationships with store and field leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or LPC/LPQ qualification required.
  • Experience in a large organization preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate skills preferred.
