About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Account Manager for our Client Services team. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Help prepare business plans and goals to support client account strategies. Maintain long-term relationships with key client decision makers, monitoring organizational changes to protect and strengthen client relationships. Support all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met according to agreed service standards. Identify revenue generation, growth, and retention opportunities by developing additional business within existing client portfolios. Assist claims personnel with moderately complicated claim matters and maintain strong working relationships with insurers to better serve clients. What you need to have: Experience in client relationship management or account support roles, preferably within insurance or professional services. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical product details. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality service. Requirements
