About the position

The HRIS Analyst at Ocean Network Express will play a crucial role in maintaining, developing, and deploying HCM solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors system. This position requires extensive hands-on experience and the ability to guide both internal stakeholders and external contractors. The analyst will be responsible for system architecture, project management, and ensuring data integrity while supporting the HRIS team in various capacities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic HRIS projects in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Communicate risks, solutions, and progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Meet with stakeholders to determine business and system requirements and define scope for enhancements.
  • Assist with HRIS requirements for the expansion of the SuccessFactors System.
  • Liaise with staff at all levels, including global partners.
  • Present solutions in written or oral reports regarding SF needs and integrated systems.
  • Develop solutions and implement system upgrades and integrations using a scaled agile framework.
  • Understand upstream and downstream impacts to solutions, including integration requirements.
  • Design, test, and support HR integrations.
  • Lead testing and implementation of SAP bi-annual releases and system refreshes.
  • Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members.
  • Prepare documentation and training aides; present and conduct training.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned modules.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and validation.
  • Develop and maintain reporting strategy for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Assist with manual data uploads as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user support tickets.
  • Participate in user group meetings/conferences as needed.
  • Support annual talent cycles within HRIS for Performance Reviews and Compensation Planning.
  • Provide training and support to other HRIS team members.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or IT.
  • Experience working in a Global HR environment.
  • Proven skills in managing HRIS related projects specific to SAP SuccessFactors.
