The Apollo Human Capital team is responsible for managing HC processes and strategic initiatives which span the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, organization planning, culture, employee relations, compensation, analytics, immigration, and employee engagement. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Human Capital, consulting, or other related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
  • Strong analytical skill set is required.
  • Experience with leveraging data to create clear and concise presentations.
  • Advanced working knowledge with Excel, including the ability to perform calculations and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to take an idea/topic/initiative and develop a thoughtful first draft.
  • Exercises good judgment and operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Clearly communicates progress on deliverables and escalates issues in a timely manner.
  • Early demonstration of business acumen and the ability to articulate how the business works.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and roles simultaneously.
  • Strong demonstration of teamwork and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Human Capital talent & development processes is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization's human capital functions.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders, employees, and other HC professionals.
  • Execute and manage training & development programs in partnership with HC Business Partners.
  • Assist in managing the Performance Management cycle.
  • Act as key user of core HC technology platforms including Workday.
  • Analyze human capital data to ascertain trends and thematic story lines.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain business-specific and firm wide presentations and materials.
  • Partner with HCBPs and managers on the year-end compensation process.
  • Support special projects and bring innovative thinking, creativity, and an analytical mindset.
