About The Position

Analyzes health, safety, and environmental data to ensure accuracy, support compliance, and enable effective business decision-making. Generates actionable insights and performance reports that drive continuous improvement in HSE outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
  • 3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions.
  • Interpret large datasets to identify trends that support decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve data processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Be proactive in improving data-related processes.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal in both English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HSE or utilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, compiles and analyzes HSE data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions and improvement in safety outcomes.
  • Reviews and cleans raw data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal and external standards.
  • Develops reports and dashboards to communicate findings clearly and support performance tracking.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows.
  • Monitors changes in health and safety regulations to ensure reporting remains compliant with applicable requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reporting reliability.
  • Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
  • Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
  • Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
