About The Position

The Analyst, HR Services Oracle position is a full-time role focused on supporting the system administration of the Human Resources customer support ticketing system, Oracle Service Cloud. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality and improve the customer support experience. The analyst will analyze complex data, respond to employee inquiries, identify system problem trends, and collaborate across various business functions to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment, preferably in human resources.
• 1+ year experience in a Call Center or Help Desk environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and patience in pursuing data anomalies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the system administration of Oracle Service Cloud for HR customer support.
• Analyze complex, confidential, and time-sensitive data.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and candidates via phone and ticketing system.
• Identify system problem trends and seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple business functions and globally to ensure team success.
• Conduct data analysis, training, and prepare executive presentations and updates.
• Participate in UAT testing and implement systems and process improvements.
• Drive tasks to completion and contribute independently on various processes.
• Assist others using expertise in HR services and processes.
