About The Position

The HR Process & Automation Design Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance HR workflows and improve employee experiences. This role will leverage low/no-code AI and automation tools to enable streamlined processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver efficient, user-friendly solutions aligned with strategic HR priorities. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to execute HR improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, or HR process design/improvement.
• Strong knowledge of HCM and HR Service Management platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify tangible opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation.
• Ability to handle data and projects with confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing or maintaining HR automation or AI solutions
• Experience with AI tools, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, and Zendesk systems.
• HR process or systems implementation/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Automation & AI Solution Design: Support functional implementation of low/no-code AI and automation solutions to enhance HR delivery (examples include chatbots, Agentic AI tools, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics).
• Partner with IT and external vendors to pilot and scale digital tools that reduce manual effort and improve the ease of completing HR-related actions at Medline.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and gather requirements for improved workflows that will improve the employee experience while maintaining compliance standards.
• Agile Delivery & Planning: Contribute to sprint planning, configuration, communications, and release management activities for new functionality.
• Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions within strategic timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor enhancement releases in existing systems and determine opportunities to proactively solve challenges with new functionality.
• Stay current with emerging HR technology trends and automation best practices.
