In this role, you will gain broader familiarity with and understanding of HR Operations responsibilities and processes, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medium complexity processes that are time-sensitive. You will prepare periodic status reports as assigned or directed, and receive and address basic HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders, while also assisting team members in resolving more complex queries. Additionally, you will perform HRIS data entry to ensure that associate records accurately reflect their circumstances, including pay, benefits, status, and other information. It is crucial to ensure that all associate data and information is retained in accordance with company policies on privacy and confidentiality. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering employment-related packets to the appropriate parties, such as new hires, life changes, change-of-status, and terminations.
