About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Analyst in ISG Fixed Income Operations to support Interest Rate and Credit Derivative Confirmations. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes. Requirements

Responsibilities

Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
Manage a client range performing/facilitating confirmation post trade activities such as drafting, affirmation, confirm execution, and dispute resolution
Help identify risk and impact to relevant coverage area to prioritize areas of focus
