Job Description: Setting up and maintaining government projects for Cost Reimbursable (CP), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) contracts in LN ERP environment. Work with program managers to perform monthly revenue recognition based on percentage of completion methodology, establishment and maintenance of management reserve, and estimate-at-completion calculations. Monthly reconciliation of COGS at project level and General Ledger accounts. Generate monthly unbilled A/R and deferred revenue report, and reconcile to General Ledger. Generate and input project loss reserve values per GAAP requirements Creation and submittal of invoices for U. S. Government and prime contracts, including submittal of invoices in required payment systems: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Exostar, Maryland Procurement Office. Assist with proposal development and ensure compliance with TINA requirements, as well as respond to proposal fact-finding questions and negotiations. Assist with DCAA, DCMA, external, and internal audits for proposals. Assist with responses to DCMA, DCAA and first tier contractor audits for completed projects. Occasional travel to Boulder, Colorado job site would be required. Other duties and assignments as required
