About The Position

The Analyst Finance is part of the International Business Unit (IBU) finance team, supporting and influencing Operations teams to make data driven decisions and working with the Region Leadership. The selected candidate will be responsible for recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis, data entry for internal pricing transactions, month-end financial presentation preparation, and QBR financial presentation preparation. Success in this role will support the growth of the enterprise by building, standardizing, and executing reports and processes.

Requirements

Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of work experience in Finance, Revenue Management, Business Development, Category Management, or Accounting.
Strong excel based skills required, including experience working with large data sets.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
FMCG experience is a plus.
Experience working with SAP Financial applications and Power BI is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

Involvement in preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations.
Own internal transfer pricing execution in Tyson systems and communicate to regional BUs to ensure appropriate compliance with transfer pricing policies.
Successful communication will require an understanding of cost inputs driving the transfer price.
Assess and quantify internal/external market risks to the export trade lane business flows.
Drive continuous improvement of existing processes and tools to deliver efficiency and effective decision-making.
Work closely with Operations Team and Region Leadership to develop and grow the international structure.
