Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; gather inputs from stakeholders and ensure data accuracy. Support the month-end close process to ensure financial accuracy. Update and maintain financial models and templates under guidance from senior team members. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare routine financial reports for leadership, highlighting key trends and variances. Maintain and update financial models related to labor, product margin, sales, and operating expenses. Provide financial support to operations teams, including basic training and analysis. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate performance drivers, new initiatives, or operational changes. Track and monitor capital expenditure and technology budgets for accuracy. Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to assess financial impact of promotions and pricing strategies. Maintain and improve existing reports, scorecards, and data sources to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Help identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions (experience with technology or IVR operations preferred). Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a straightforward way. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
