Requirements

  • College degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management required
  • Finance experience; preferably in the prestige cosmetics industry or CPG
  • Excellent analytic and computer skills, strong communication ability
  • Knowledge of SAP, Cognos, BPC preferred
  • Advanced in Excel & proficient in PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
  • Comfort in providing appropriate challenge/pushback and feedback
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive and effective business partnerships
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, forecasting and monthly reporting for the US Transversal commercial teams
  • Support the planning, forecasting and monthly reporting for the US consolidated commercial business
  • Support the US Commercial FP&A team with analyses in support of ad hoc requests from brand finance and region finance
  • Contribute to US Commercial FP&A team's effort in improving processes; standardize report and identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives
