About The Position

As an Enterprise Analytics Analyst, you’ll play a key role in unlocking insights that power our marketing strategies across a world-class portfolio of resort and casino destinations. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic Marketing Analytics team to analyze customer behaviors, evaluate campaign performance, and generate insights that help drive customer loyalty, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ Years Experience in the relevant subject area expertise with experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a solid grasp of data visualization and storytelling.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to synthesize data, understand traffic drivers, and recommend business solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex marketing and customer datasets to identify key trends and actionable insights.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and help optimize offers for profitability, share of wallet, and engagement.
• Build and evaluate proformas for casino events, promotions, and entertainment, including post-event performance analysis.
• Support monthly marketing reviews and collaborate with both corporate teams and property leaders across MGM Resorts.
• Synthesize findings into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership, providing data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BI and IT teams to define business requirements for reporting and analytics tools.
• Visit properties periodically to align on strategy, understand guest behaviors, and enhance analytics impact.
• Balance multiple projects while seeking innovative approaches to marketing analytics and business performance.
