Overview As a part of the Enterprise Digital Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for developing world class digital products, capabilities and marketing programs that support our global markets and help drive business growth. The Analyst, Enterprise Agentic Search Content plays a key role in supporting the execution of American Express’s enterprise content strategy for AI-driven and agentic discovery experiences. This role focuses on content optimization, data analysis, and operational support—helping ensure content is structured, discoverable, and effective across emerging search and AI ecosystems. This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of content, AI, search, and customer experience. You will work closely with the Manager of Enterprise Agentic Search Content and partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, UX, analytics, and technology to support high-quality, machine-readable, and trusted content experiences.
