Can you identify, characterize, and incorporate ELINT data into finished intelligence products and tippers? Requirements

  • 5 ears relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the analysis and production of intelligence
  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
  • Valid US Passport
  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth location-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.
  • Collect and exploit data from various sources to analyze and report adversary activity across multiple domains (air, ground, maritime)
  • Assess operational trends, identify new emitters and systems, correct mischaracterize signals, and define uncharacterized signals
  • Prioritize, evaluate, and report information.
  • Require minimal oversight through production cycle by authoring and contributing to serialized IC reporting and exercise familiarity with tip and cue methodologies
  • Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities across multiple domains
