About The Position

Positions support the offensive or defensive coordinator and assistant football coaches with the analysis of team and opponent performance. Develops and maintains offensive or defensive analyses through the breakdown of practice, game, and opponent video. Records data and charts performances to assist coaches develop strategy. Assists coaches with the recruiting process by breaking down and assessing video of prospects. Interacts with recruits and families, provides facility and campus tours. Collaborates with coaching staff in the creation and organization of playbooks and video content. Provides leadership, direction, and coaching at football camps. Provides support at home and away game activities. Provides guidance to support staff such as Football Program Assistant’s. Acts as liaison with personnel/recruiting departments and offensive staff. Leads personnel strategy through constant communication with position coaches and recruits. Maintains and updates recruiting board. Establishes criteria for recruiting strategy. Works in conjunction with staff to grade film. Provides organization between staff and recruits throughout year. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree in relevant field may be required.
  • 12 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 15 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
