The position provides critical support for AVANGRID's Energy Control Systems (ECS) used in operating Electric Transmission & Distribution Systems and Backoffice applications. The role involves system design, development, testing, and maintenance of various systems including the Electric Management System (EMS), Outage Management System (OMS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The DB Admin will ensure uninterrupted service to the Energy Control Center (ECC) by proactively monitoring and maintaining database and application systems, as well as analyzing and extracting system data for engineers.
