About The Position
The Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting with the execution of all marketing database programs, events, and promotions. This role involves developing and analyzing the overall database marketing strategy plan for Rivers Casino Portsmouth, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of programs and promotions through data mining and other methodologies. The analyst will create statistically based predictive analyses to support business and marketing strategies and consumer behavior conclusions. Additionally, the position requires executing customer contact campaigns via various platforms, managing campaign matrices, and overseeing workflow processes to ensure timelines are met. The analyst will also assist with customer surveys, data collection tools, and database hygiene, while serving as a point of contact for third-party vendors and performing data quality audits.
