About The Position
At Ankura, our eDiscovery team understands that there is no one-size-fits all approach. Keeping cost, time, defensibility, and data complexities top of mind, our experienced consultants design efficient workflows, proactively identify, and mitigate risk, apply quality control checkpoints, solve technological challenges, and provide cost-effective solutions tailored for your specific project. We have the experience to design, implement, and administer review workflows that leverage the latest technologies to quickly deliver key information, so legal teams can prioritize next steps and improve decision-making. Our experience with large, complex, global litigation allows us to optimize a wide range of challenging review scenarios, including multi language review, instant messaging and social media review, and audio review. We carefully customize our approach to ensure an efficient and well-planned deployment of resources and technology. This includes tracking and documenting critical data points and decisions within each project and providing proactive status updates and timely reports and metrics on critical milestones, including de-duplication statistics, culling/search term rates, review progress, and production metrics.
