Data Governance collaborates with Analytics, Engineering, and Technology Activation teams to design and enforce the processes and protocols used to effectively manage data across our digital ecosystem to ensure quality, consistency, and availability. We also work to understand key decision points so we can ensure the correct business logic is applied, documented, and executed. Once that data is mined, it is used to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they're talking to the people they want, and if they're doing it the right way.

  • Work closely with core Analytics teams to understand client media reporting requirements and processes.
  • Implement standardized processes and protocols to enable efficient data management.
  • Produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.
  • Bachelor's degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, MIS, BI, Marketing, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to speak and write professionally.
  • Ability and comfort with presenting work via video call or within small and large in-person groups.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to track progress and next steps across multiple tasks and provide regular status updates to Team Leadership.
  • Critical thinker and a self-starter. Ability to learn through self-led trainings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • World-class customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising landscape, and concepts.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and relational databases (Google Analytics, MS Access, DBeaver).
  • Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other programming languages.
