  • Analyze operational and client data to extract meaningful insights and inform business and program decisions.
  • Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify trends.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for appropriate uses and limitations of statistical and analytical tools.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop tools to support operational and underserved analytical areas.
  • Participate in project management activities, team strategy sessions, and cross-functional communications.
  • Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies and systems to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in operations, preferably within government or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and social determinant variables, data collection, interpretation, and inferential analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and SAS is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and a secure workspace.
  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $110,000 per year.
