You will be responsible for synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable intelligence, leveraging advanced analytics and visualization techniques to influence high-level business outcomes. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed strategies. The Expertise And Skills You Bring Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.). Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment. Knowledge of Brokerage Operations is a plus. Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives.
  • Data Collection and Processing Extract and transform data from various sources.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Automate data collection and processing tasks.
  • Data Quality Assurance Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • Address and resolve data availability issues Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
