About The Position

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to
join our Corporate Development team. This role will play a key part in
supporting corporate development initiatives, investor relations activities, and
capital markets strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced
environment, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for the
beverage industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development,
this position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making
and growth opportunities at a dynamic, publicly traded company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA candidacy is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparable analysis), and tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and FactSet.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of capital markets, M&A processes, and investor relations best practices; familiarity with SEC filings and public company reporting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Development: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Conduct market research, financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence to support deal processes. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership on potential opportunities aligned with Westrock Coffee's growth objectives in the coffee, tea, and extracts sectors.
• Investor Relations: Support the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other communications materials. Monitor analyst reports, peer company performance, and industry trends to inform stakeholder updates. Assist in coordinating investor meetings, earnings calls, and responses to shareholder inquiries, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and best practices for a NASDAQ-listed company.
• Capital Markets Activities: Analyze capital market trends, interest rates, and financing options to support debt and equity issuances. Develop financial models to evaluate capital structure alternatives, liquidity management, and refinancing strategies. Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to monitor market conditions and optimize Westrock Coffee's access to capital for expansion and operational needs.
• Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with finance, legal, operations, and executive teams to provide data-driven insights. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate strategy and prepare ad-hoc analyses as needed. Stay abreast of industry developments in the beverage and consumer goods sectors to inform strategic recommendations.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance and ESG reporting standards relevant to sustainable sourcing and supply chain practices.
