Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external advisors Create material for presentations to Management and Board level audiences Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus 1-2 years in a Corporate Development, private equity, management consulting, product management, or investment banking role a plus; 2+ years of business experience Ability to think strategically and tactically with a attention to detail and a problem-solving mentality Ability to cooperate with experts to develop a working knowledge of complex technical topics Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create Management Presentations and Board materials Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty Ability to build and cultivate strong cross-functional relationships Able to earn trust and to influence and motivate others without authority Fluent with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $87,600 - 115,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
