About The Position

The Consumer Finance Business Systems Analyst position is responsible for providing ongoing production support. This includes ticket resolution, ongoing sustainment activities, support routine system activities and adding efficiencies across multiple business environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented, demonstrates problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate systems capabilities and functionalities to non-technical business customers.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with business customers to develop solutions that maintain and protect the integrity of the system.
  • Ability to work independently on projects that may not be clearly defined and are large in scope.
  • Ability to work with project teams to develop cost-effective, customer focused solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across departments.
  • Ability to identify, characterize, and clearly present problems exposing underlying issues by analyzing business and system impacts and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business requires.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred understanding of loan and dues financial servicing applications.
  • Data modeling and reporting.
  • Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

  • Support system configuration for the loan and dues financial servicing platform.
  • Perform daily tasks within the scope of the role including but not limited to configuration, supporting routine maintenance, and system availability.
  • Provide incident response support, analysis, and resolution to the enterprise production and non-production environments of financial applications.
  • Provide data and system analysis support during triage and/or troubleshooting for user reported incidents.
  • Open and manage Service Requests, and coordinate with vendor and/or internal IT.
  • Engage with business partners in solution development scenarios in line with enterprise standards and practices.
  • Promote the adoption of business process improvements and adjustments to align with financial applications functionality.
  • Provide continued support for ongoing sustainment activities.
  • Update and create documentation.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly financial applications audits.
  • Manage and approve user access requests for financial applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
