As the Analyst, Compensation, you will support the administration of compensation programs and practices in alignment with The J.M. Smucker Total Rewards Strategy. Your role will involve providing analytical support for a variety of compensation policies and programs, as well as leading the compensation survey management process. This position is located in Orrville, OH, which is in close proximity to Cleveland/Akron, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with approximately 30% in-office presence.
