Requirements

• Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.

• Familiarity with capital markets and transaction banking.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of client relationships in the CMT sectors.
• Prepare client presentations and deal materials using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analyze clients' financial situations, industry trends, and market data to identify corporate banking opportunities.
• Assist in the execution of financing solutions and capital structure optimization for clients.
• Conduct research and ongoing analysis to support transaction due diligence efforts.
• Provide input to external client proposals and internal underwriting memos.
