The Analyst, Commercial Planning is aligned with the selling division and will support Business Unit Sales, Marketing and Finance for all forecasting, inventory planning, Product Lifecycle Management and order management related activities. You will collaborate with Commercial and GQO process partners who impact inventory to ensure inventory levels are optimized to support the needs of the business. You will be expected to be aware of & monitor key business performance indicators and, if possible, to ensure proactive risk avoidance is performed in advance of business interruptions. This person will be responsible for PLCM related activities, including planning for phase in & phase out of the product portfolio and the support of product rationalization evaluations. This person must have strong analytical skills as well as communication, and influence. Represent the commercial inventory and demand planning processes within Stryker’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, demonstrating thought leadership, creativity in solving problems and the ability to appropriately communicate and escalate issues as needed Drive continuous improvement in the development, modification and adjustment of procedures, policies & processes / technologies within the commercial planning organization
