About The Position

Carvana is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Capital Markets team as an Analyst. This person will play a key role in running deal processes across a variety of transactions (primarily ABS securitization, whole loan sales, and warehouse lending facilities). Most importantly, you get to see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company. THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION FROM OUR HQ IN TEMPE (Monday through Friday)

Requirements

• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset with the ability to interact and communicate effectively in a high stakes environment.
• 1-2 years exposure to the securitization markets (at an Underwriter/Bank, Investor, Issuer, Rating Agency, or Accounting firm strongly preferred).
• BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar field.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support the Capital Markets team in management of all debt financing transactions (primarily ABS securitization, whole loan sales, and receivable warehouse facilities).
• Engage with and work closely with external parties who are involved in various phases of deal coordination (underwriters, lenders, rating agencies, accountants, and external counsels).
• Prepare and update investor presentations ahead of industry conferences and investor interactions.
• Oversee and facilitate due diligence requests for lenders and whole loan counterparties.
• Help develop and maintain models for warehouse pledging/borrowing bases, general liquidity, funding and capital markets needs.
• Interact and work closely with other members of the Carvana Finance team, with high visibility into senior management.
