About The Position

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is a leader in live entertainment, delivering unforgettable experiences while forging deep connections with diverse and passionate audiences. The Company's portfolio includes a collection of world-renowned venues - New York's Madison Square Garden, The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, and Beacon Theatre; and The Chicago Theatre - that showcase a broad array of sporting events, concerts, family shows, and special events for millions of guests annually. In addition, the Company features the original production, the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, which has been a holiday tradition for 90 years. The Analyst, Business Solutions will support in the creation and management of platforms, inventory, and new asset ideation across each of the MSG Entertainment (MSGE) properties and venues. The Analyst will work closely with the Director & Manager - Business Solutions, VP - Marketing Partnership Sales and Property Leads to define the strategic sales plan around each of the properties. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the creation of partner platforms for prospective partners and current partners through various tasks.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in strategic marketing/partnership sales roles.
  • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industries with a focus on the music, theater, productions and overall entertainment industry.
  • Passion for the music and entertainment space, maintaining knowledge of trends.
  • Demonstrated exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong writing, organizational, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with a broad cross section of functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to function independently.
  • Proven ability to excel while multitasking in fast paced environment.
  • Excellent time management with ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
  • Strong creative and innovative mindset with analytical skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Support relationships with key stakeholders across the MSG to ensure Business Solutions is aware of all property initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of all MSG properties and assets/rights.
  • Contribute to platform development and creation of all sales materials related to MSGE Properties.
  • Capture and document key meeting discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Liaise with sales and account management to understand partner/prospect needs/objectives.
  • Proactively identify new assets and build creative turnkey platforms to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage contributions to rate card, pricing and P&L development.
  • Manage sales materials from upfronts and evergreens to full decks and compressed 1-pagers.
  • Help manage available inventory, track sold inventory, deadlines, property assets, designations and promotional rights.
  • Collaborate with account management to develop case studies across properties and industries.
  • Participate in sales presentations, as needed.
