Revenue Operations (ROPS) supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This role extends that mission by enabling DaVita to proactively align its workforce with future organizational needs. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst, you will partner across ROPS and enterprise functions to build models, forecast talent demand and supply, identify gaps, and recommend strategies such as hiring, internal mobility, upskilling, and organizational design. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that shape ROPS’ workforce strategy and advance us toward world-class performance.
