We're looking for a highly organized and self-driven project coordinator with a proven track record of delivery. This position will support the Business Operations Director in creating project deliverables, facilitate routines for executive-level presentations and managing project logistics. In this position, you will partner closely with leadership to ensure the organization is operating in a highly efficient and effective manner and support the logistical success of projects by communicating, tracking and reporting progress to the group and team leaders.

Requirements

  • Sophisticated skills with PowerPoint strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or design related role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable operating in grey areas / undefined spaces, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A creative mindset and design skills for presentation development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).
  • Ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks in a deadline-driven business environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills (formal and informal).
  • Ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution and intervene on more complex situations.
  • Quickly adapt to change and be open to change.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize design skills and principles to creatively communicate strategies, information, and data.
  • Create reusable data hierarchies and designs that can be leveraged in PowerPoint.
  • Visually represent complex messages and strategies with solid design and content creation skills.
  • Bring creative design solutions and skills to presentation development.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and other pertinent documentation, capturing detailed meeting minutes, and facilitating meetings.
  • Resource planning, risk analysis, report generation, and documentation control.
  • Support to maintain project log tracking for action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
