The Business Information Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business data and trends, developing appropriate analytical approaches, developing recommendations and solutions, and presenting findings to management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Director of Operations and/or Regional Vice President as needed.
  • Assist Unit Directors and regional personnel as needed.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contracts through client KPI reporting.
  • Monitors client communications effectiveness in regards to change orders, KPI’s, billing along with other area’s assigned.
  • Maintain effective lines of communications with account executive personnel.
  • Attend client meetings when required.
  • Provide reporting to client as needed and approved by regional team.
  • Reviews changes in inventory and monitors coverage level changes and works with regional personnel to develop change orders/amendments as needed.
  • Collect, consolidate, and report operational metrics.
  • Identify performance anomalies and non-compliance and initiate remedial activities as required.
  • Constantly review operational data for completeness, validity, accuracy, timeliness auditability and compliance.
  • Complete EOC and KPI dashboards for the clients.
