ICYMI: Assembly was named Ad Age's first-ever Purpose-Led Agency of the Year atop the 2022 Ad Age A-List! We are seeking an experienced Analyst in Business Consultancy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a strategic and data driven role. As an integral part of our team, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify industry, category, consumer, and competitor trends, supporting the development of client business strategy and marketing/media plans. You will understand media key performance indicators to help determine and predict sales performance, conducting media analyses in collaboration with activation teams to identify performance trends, recommend optimizations, and uncover larger business implications. Additionally, you will identify competitive and market research opportunities to further the client's marketing strategy, uncover consumer audience insights, and provide recommendations for media targeting. Your responsibilities will also include tracking and trending consumer, business, and marketing performance trends, gathering needed information through analysis to determine the root cause of trends or changes, and providing recommendations to formulate an approach to challenges. You will extract and analyze performance data with the aim to optimize media and help clients attain acquisition and retention goals. As you become knowledgeable of Assembly's consultancy projects and products, you will be expected to communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders, translating data into storytelling slides and managing projects with internal teams.
