Facilitate all aspects of implementation and provide ongoing service support to clients managed within the Consumer/Business Bank Segment. Includes technical support for all Treasury product offerings. Manage client experience throughout implementation process along with product orientation and training. In addition, draft pre-filled documents, pro-actively follow up with clients to answer questions and ensure the proper completion of returned documentation for onboarding of services for both new and existing clients. Role requires collaborative partnerships with Treasury Sales, Relationship Managers, Deposit Operations, Treasury Service, and other colleagues to manage client experience and satisfaction. The nature of this role will require a candidate that has superior time management, is detail oriented, technical, has strong written and verbal communication, and driven by client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of related experience (i.e., Customer Service Experience Required, Call Center Experience Preferred, Banking Center and/or Financial Industry Experience Required).
  • Active listening skills, with the ability and drive to provide superior client service.
  • Basic knowledge of business banking and treasury services required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all treasury products preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer and processing skills (email, internet, excel, word).
  • Fiserv application experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn all software systems that support call center and treasury management requests, inquiries and transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve, multi-task/process, and manage time independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • High School / GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle internal and client service inquiries, billing, training, and support requests pertaining to Treasury Management products and Online Banking.
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot both routine and complex services and communicate timely resolution to clients and internal colleagues.
  • Onboard new Treasury clients.
  • Provide installation, training, or technical support for clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Initiate, review and complete Treasury Management Service Confirmation documents.
  • Train clients through virtual demonstration of established services.
  • Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of signed client agreements, maintenance requests and cancellation forms.
  • Structure, coordinate and monitor progress to completion of all implementation and service cases.
  • Document all aspects of client engagement via Salesforce.
  • Adhere to quality standards with focus on clear and concise notes, accurate case completion, manage SLAs and quality/efficiency metrics based on procedure.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the full suite of Treasury products and services offered.
  • Communicate timely resolutions to clients and internal colleagues as needed.
